Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a vendor on KiliMaket, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms govern your entire relationship with KiliMaket as a vendor and form a legally binding agreement between you and KiliMaket.
Continued use of the vendor platform after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Listing Approval
All product and equipment listings must be approved by a KiliMaket administrator before appearing publicly. Listings are reviewed for accuracy, clarity and compliance with our listing guidelines.
We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that does not meet our standards, without prior notice.
Listing Requirements
All products and equipment submitted for listing must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Listings must be for genuine products or equipment that you actually stock or can supply
- Accurate, honest descriptions are required — including item type, grade or specification and condition
- Clear, real photos of the actual product or equipment must be provided for every listing
- Pricing must state the correct unit of sale (e.g. per bag, per tonne, per piece, per trip) and be kept up to date
- The town or location where the product is available must be accurate
Transactions & Delivery
KiliMaket does not process payments, hold funds, or handle delivery. When a buyer contacts you through "Buy on WhatsApp" or "Enquire on WhatsApp", all price confirmation, payment and delivery or pickup arrangements happen directly between you and the buyer, outside of KiliMaket.
You are responsible for confirming final price, quantity and delivery terms with each buyer before the sale and for keeping your listed prices and stock availability accurate to avoid disputes. KiliMaket is not a party to and is not liable for any transaction conducted off-platform.
Account Verification
To maintain a trusted marketplace, all vendors must complete identity and business verification. You will be required to provide:
- Valid business registration certificate (where applicable)
- A working phone/WhatsApp number that buyers can reach you on
- A copy of your National ID or Passport
Account reviews are completed within 24–48 hours of submission.
Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited on the KiliMaket platform:
Violation of any prohibited activity clause may result in immediate account suspension.
